The Company is a Depository Participant with Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. (CDSL) for trading and settlement of dematerialized shares. We offer our services to Individuals, Promoters, FPI, Foreign Nationals as well as Corporates.
The depository system has effectively eliminated paper-based certificates which were prone to be fake, forged, counterfeit resulting in bad deliveries. We offer Depository facilities to facilitate a seamless transaction platform as a part of our value-added services for our clients.
Our specialized services include helping clients in dematerializing their old holdings, assisting clients to clear their unreceived dividends, assisting in the case of complicated transmissions etc.
